The price Emery quoted was far more reasonable than any other we had gotten, and he worked closely with us to figure out how to maximize the work we could do while staying within our budget. Emery and everyone he involved in our project was kind, courteous, and exceptionally respectful. They truly took care of our home, cleaning up after themselves to keep everything as organized as possible during an inherently disruptive process. Emery communicated extremely effectively; I always knew what was being done, when it was being done, and why. When the damage to our subfloor was more extensive than we thought, Emery explained all our options, gave his recommendation, and got it done at a reasonable additional cost. Overall, I felt fully comfortable with Emery and his team in my home. He did an excellent job and paid great attention to detail. I am beyond thrilled with our new bathroom.”

“I contacted Bear to repair water damage to our deck despite regular maintenance. Emery took my call and came out to advise me as to the repairs needed and to provide me with an estimate of the cost of repairs. The estimate was reasonable and we scheduled a time the next week to start the repairs. Emery began meticulously replacing the rotted boards keeping me informed of what he was doing along the way. Having found additional water damage as he worked, Emery modified the estimate and scheduled two additional days of work. He came back on time and finished the work the first of the two additional days staying late to do so since rain was forecast the next day. The finished product looked as good as new. Emery replaced a dog gate brace I had taken down without being asked to do so. He cleaned up before leaving. I found Emery to be personable, obviously skilled in his trade, one who takes pride in his work and customer oriented. Unfortunately these attributes are getting harder to find these days.”
